So far, Freon113 or trichloroethane have been used as cleaning agents.
But it causes ozone layer depletion, the use of Freon113 will be prohibited. Trichloroethane has been pointed out to be harmful.
Therefore, various cleaning agents have been announced to replace CFCs.
Among them, the cleaning agent called "quasi-aqueous" has strong cleaning power and is expected as an alternative cleaning agent to CFCs.
In order to use the "quasi-aqueous cleaning agent" safely, it is necessary to keep it in an aqueous solution with a few percent of water added.
