Actual correction calculation in moisture measurement
The measured value changes depending on the conductivity of the object to be measured. If only the measured value is calculated and presented as the water content, a large error will occur between the presented value and the actual water content.
This product reduces the error by measuring the capacitance and conductivity at the same time and correcting the conductivity.
And since the permittivity depends on the temperature of the object to be measured, the capacitance and temperature are measured by temperature transducer at the same time to correct the temperature too.GM-115 provides the most effective moisture measurement.
●Temperature converter
To correct the temperature, it is necessary to add a temperature converter and a temperature sensor.
Install the temperature sensor near the measurement electrode.
●Calculation display part(Control part)
The moisture value is the calculated value of capacitance, conductivity, and temperature.
You can start using it immediately by just one-point calibration in the field because the reference moisture value is pre-written in the ROM.

If you measure new liquid and 5% sewage without correction, there will be a difference between the two values.
If you correct the conductivity, the error will disappear and the converted values will match.
If you measure 70℃ liquid and 30℃ liquid without correction, there will be a difference between the two values.
If the temperature is corrected, the error will disappear and the converted values will match.
