This is a device that separates oil and water with different specific gravities during drainage.The floating oil gets caught in the trap and the water goes to the next tank.
At last this device discharges water containing an only acceptable amount of oil.
To prevent water from flowing through the tank all at once, we install the traps so that they are staggered when viewed from directly above.

Installation method
You adjust the drainage so that the liquid level remains constant.Then you put in the oil check sensor.
You install the sensor 2mm to the liquid level from the top of the insulation material.
If the floating layer of oil is less than 2 mm, it is legal to drain it into the sewer.
This device sounds an alarm and stops the flow of liquid when the floating layer of oil exceeds 2 mm.
Icorrect installation
①The liquid level has fallen and the sensor part of the electrode is exposed.
②The installation position is too high and the sensor part of the electrode is exposed.
③The installation position is too low and the sensor part of the electrode is submerged in the liquid.
In these cases, even this device cannot properly measure oil content in water.
