The property that the compensation capacity (response capacity C) automatically increases in response to the decrease in resistance value (increase in conductivity G / decrease in insulation) due to the adhesion of conductive substances to the electrodes, and the detection sensitivity decreases to prevent malfunction.

G-C characteristics
Most of the equipment operates at a fixed voltage of AC100V and AC200V according to the general voltage in Japan.
However, there are many different voltages in foreign countries, and there is also a direct current of 24V DC.
"Any power source" is indispensable when exporting equipment from Japan or using an unstable power source.
■To set the output to the relay contact, connect the "jumper pin (yellow pin)" to "A1" under the relay.
■To set the output to the photo coupler, connect the "jumper pin (yellow pin)" to "A2" under the relay.
※Be sure to set the output to either the relay contact or the photo coupler before connecting.
The output setting after wiring may cause the amplifier to malfunction.
■For normal (not fail-safe) settings, set the changeover switch to the right so that the knob fits within the white line.
■When setting to fail-safe, set the changeover switch to the left side so that it deviates from the white line.
※You can easily and quickly change the settings according to your usage.
When you pull out the red jumper pin that is inserted, "Z type" will switch to "standard".
■Put on red jumper pin →「Z type」Amplifier.
■No red jumper pin →「Standard」Amplifier.

This amplifier was developed for the detection of substances whose object to be measured is semi-conductive and has a relatively low dielectric constant (eg cast sand).
When liquid or powder is not stable and it is necessary to prevent chattering of the relay, the output can be easily stabilized by simply turning the variable knob.
Separated type be used when the electrode mounting area vibrates.
This electrode can be installed in dust or water.

When tank is empty,there is just air between the electrode and the tank wall.
so, Capacitance is very small.
★Object in a tank★
When the material enters between electrode and the tank walls, the capacitance increases in proportion to the dielectric constant which the material has. This product captures the incremental capacitance to output as the contact signal.
