Level indicator LB-110(Non-Explosion-proof)

LB level indicator is the device that outputs capacitance that increases in proportion to the level and the signal is current output linearly.
This has both high resolution and good linearity because we have adopted our original electronic bridge and phase detection circuit.
Feature
- Output at high sensitivity is stable.
- Excellent linearity over a wide measuring range.
- Adjust is easily because there is 0/10V check terminal.
- It is stable even in minute conductive conditions such as poor electrode insulation due to condensation.
- The dedicated guard shielded cable eliminates the distributed capacitance of the electrodes between the cables, so it is not affected by the temperature drift of the cable capacitance.
Operating principle
When tank is empty, there is just air between the electrode and the tank wall.
When the solution enters between electrode and the tank walls, the capacitance increases in proportion to the dielectric constant which the solution has.
■If the measurement object is electrically conductive material.
Measure with a coated sensor（S1-type）.
It can not measure in between the sensor and the tank wall because measurement object is conductive, will measure capacitance In the thick of Teflon coating.
